Amy Pomponio, M.S.
Director of Quality and Performance Improvement
Amy joined Tower Behavioral Health in June 2022 as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement with over 20 years of experience in children and adult mental health services.
Amy launched her career as a trained clinician working psychiatric inpatient and partial hospitalization services before transitioning into administrative roles for various behavioral healthcare providers within Berks County, Chester County and the Lehigh Valley. Her previous roles included management of hospital and residential admissions, outpatient services, alternative education as well as quality improvement and health information management.
For the past 13 years Amy’s primary focus and passion has been Quality Improvement with administrative oversight of Health Information Management and Compliance. In this role Amy was responsible for guiding the risk management programs and performance improvement activities as well as licensing and accreditation under behavioral healthcare standards. Amy educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in counseling from Villanova.
