Support and contact with loved ones is an important part of treatment. Visits from friends and family are an extremely important aspect of treatment for patients working to recover from a mental illness. It’s important to show your love, encouragement, and support so they can rest assured that they are not alone along the path to recovery.
Our Visitation Policy
- Each patient is permitted to have two visitors per visitation day. Visitors must be 14 years or older with photo identification (No children may be left unattended in the lobby).
- Two visitors are permitted in the case of one visitor being ages 14-17 and the second must be a supervising adult.
- Visitors must complete all required screening questions. Visitors will arrive at the lobby to complete the following:
- Covid screening and confidentiality statement
- Presentation of photo identification and documentation of visitation
- Securing of all personal items including purses, cell phones, keys, and contraband (it is recommended that visitors only bring in necessary personal items)
- Wanding of their person
- Outside food is not permitted to be brought in from visitors. Belongings will be logged at the front desk.
- If concerns arise during a visit, staff may terminate visitation to ensure the safety of patients and/or visitors.
